1. About the Program

Gold Treasure Casino is a free-to-play social entertainment platform operated as a promotional sweepstakes. You do not have to pay anything to sign up, play, or claim a prize. No purchase is ever required to participate.

2. Who Can Play

To enter the sweepstakes, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state, whichever is higher).
• Be a legal resident of the United States, excluding the states of Washington, Idaho, Nevada, and Michigan, plus any jurisdictions where sweepstakes promotions are prohibited by law.
• Maintain only one Gold Treasure Casino account per person.
• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Gold Treasure Casino employee.

3. Our Two Virtual Currencies

Gold Tokens

The play-for-fun currency. Gold Tokens have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for anything, and are provided purely for entertainment.

Treasure Coins

The promotional sweepstakes currency. Treasure Coins are awarded free of charge and, once qualifying conditions are met, may be redeemed for real prizes.

4. How to Get Treasure Coins for Free

You can collect Treasure Coins without spending any money via:

• Daily login bonuses — claim each day you sign in.
• Complimentary drops — bundled with certain Gold Token packages as a free bonus.
• Social promotions — contests and giveaways on our official social channels.
• Mail-in requests (AMOE)— send a handwritten 3×5 index card with your name, address, email, and the phrase “Gold Treasure Sweeps Entry” to the mailing address below. Limit five (5) requests per person per calendar day.

5. Playing with Treasure Coins

Game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator and are identical regardless of how your coins were obtained. Treasure Coins won in one game can be combined and used in any eligible game across the platform.

6. Redeeming a Prize

Before a prize redemption can be processed:

• Your Treasure Coin balance must meet the minimum redemption threshold displayed in your account.
• Each Treasure Coin must have been played through at least once in an eligible game.
• Payouts are delivered via verified bank transfer or supported digital wallet, made only to the verified account holder.
• Redemption requests are reviewed within five (5) business days, and funds typically arrive within three to seven (3–7) business days after approval.

7. Identity Verification

Before your first redemption — or any time we detect unusual activity — we may ask for a government-issued ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement, and proof of your payout method. If you don’t complete verification within thirty (30) days, the redemption will be cancelled.

8. Taxes

Prize winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes on prizes received. Where required by law, we will issue an IRS Form 1099 or similar tax document for reportable winnings.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all coins and prizes:

• Creating or maintaining multiple accounts.
• Using bots, scripts, emulators, or any automated play tools.
• Exploiting bugs or glitches without promptly reporting them.
• Trading, buying, selling, or transferring accounts or coins.
• Providing false information or using another person’s identification.

10. Limitation of Liability

Gold Treasure Casino is not responsible for technical outages, connectivity failures, or unauthorised access caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability to any player is capped at the value of the prize that would otherwise have been awarded.

11. Changes, Suspension & Termination

We may amend these rules, or suspend or end any promotion, to comply with legal requirements or protect the integrity of the platform. Continued play after a change is published means you accept the revised rules.
